The crystal clear waters of the Aegean, the uncommon volcanic surroundings, and the colored-sand coasts, make for some of the most scenic beaches in the Mediterranean to enjoy the sea and the sun. Among the most remarkable beaches in Santorini -and very close to Aegean Melody Suites- is Vlychada Beach.
Vlychada displays all-white, naturally sculptured volcanic cliffs that are beautifully contrasted by the dark gray sand, and along with the crystal clear waters, they create an ideal atmosphere to enjoy a whole day at the beach. The nearby beaches of Agios Georgios, Perissa and Kamari, have impressive black sand, beautiful cerulean waters, modern facilities, such as water sports centers for some active sea fun, as well as restaurants and beach bars to enjoy local dishes and refreshing drinks.

Another outstanding beachfront you must visit is the Red beach at Akrotiri, that is sure to take your breath away with its otherworldly, almost Martian, landscape, perfectly complemented by the azure waters of the Aegean archipelago.
